At Curve and Verve, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we are here to assist you. Please review our policies below for returns and exchanges.
Made-to-order products:
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
1. Definition: These are products made especially for you when you place an order, whether they are customized according to your specifications, or purchased as featured.
2. Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for made-to-order products. Since these items are uniquely created for you, they cannot be resold to other customers. We encourage you to carefully review all product details and specifications before placing your order.
3. Exchanges: In the rare event that your made-to-order product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and send us a picture of the damage or defect, to initiate the exchange process.
4. Exchange Process: Once we have reviewed your request and approved the exchange, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item. Once we receive the item, we will promptly send you a replacement.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain made-to-order products may not be eligible for exchange due to their unique nature. This includes personalized items with specific names, dates, or custom designs that cannot be easily modified or reproduced.
6. Refunds: As mentioned earlier, we do not offer refunds for made-to-order products. However, if you believe there has been an error or mistake with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend carefully reviewing the product description and specifications before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a digital product, please contact us for assistance.
All Other Products:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non-made-to-order or non-digital product from Curve and Verve, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please follow the guidelines below:
1. Returns:
- You may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is received and processed, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.
2. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a return and issue a refund.
- Please note that exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- To best asist you, we may request photos or additional information to assess the damage or defect.
- Once the damage or defect is assessed, we will provide instructions for returning the item or arrange for a replacement.
